what are seconds?
seconds are pieces that may have not been up to my standards and because of this might be slightly discounted. there's absolutely nothing wrong with them, they may just have more flaws than I would have liked.
shipping
due to this shop being run by one lady, please allow 3-5 business days for processing as well as an additional 3-5 business days in transit. please note that this doesn't apply to any items marked as "preorder." items such as stickers are shipped with a first class stamp and therefore has no tracking. there are upgrade options at checkout if you would like to keep an eye on your package. once handed off to USPS, I am no longer responsible if your order is lost or takes more time in transit.

not to worry - please email me at [email protected] as soon as humanly possible. if you're ordering an in-stock item, I tend to ship out pretty quickly and would hate for you to to not receive your order.
return policy
we unfortunately don't offer any sort of returns, refunds, or exchanges. this is my side hustle and something I work extremely hard at. I cannot afford to offer this. of course, if there is a issue with your order such as a damage/defect, please reach out to me and I will work out a solution with you.
lastly, many of my items are handmade by me. because of this, there will be slight imperfections and variations to each piece. you are agreeing to this when you purchase from my shop. thank you so much for your understanding.
